OFFERING ENVELOPES: Please pick up your 2026 offering envelopes.
LADIES’ GUILD: Ladies’ Guild will be meeting this coming Saturday at 9:30am. This will be our quarterly planning meeting.
CPR CLASS: We are planning to host a free CPR class in February. The training includes a student workbook and a 2-year certification card. If you are interested, please let Allison Doying know. We need 10 people signed up in order to schedule the class.
CATECHISM STUDENTS: Please remember to return your pencils after the Divine Service.
DONATE TO LUTHERAN SCHOOLS: As of December 10, the Iowa Lutheran School Tuition Organization was at 33% of its goal of raising $1,189,000 for tuition assistance. Many Lutheran school students need this financial assistance to attend our schools so please consider a donation to ILSTO at this time. Your donation needs to be postmarked no later than December 31 to receive tax credit. For more information call Dewey Torkelson at 712-260-2991. Thank you to everyone who donated in 2025.
Y4LIFE SUMMIT: Y4Life is hosting a weekend conference at Concordia University St. Paul on Feb 20-22. It is open to all high school and college age students. Register for free on y4life.org by Feb 10th.
CHRIST ACADEMY: Information on Christ Academy at Ft. Wayne for 2026/2027 is available at ctsfw.edu/about/events/christ-academy/. There are opportunities for high school boys or girls to visit for 2 weeks, confirmation retreats, weekends for college students, and even a family institute.
SACRED MUSIC FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON: “From Heaven Above to Earth I Come,” “O Jesus Christ, Thy Manger Is,” “Once in Royal David’s City,” “Silent Night, Holy Night,” “Joy to the World.” Beginning Christmas Eve, you can listen to sacred music for the Christmas season 24/7 at lutheranpublicradio.org.
