July 16th Announcements
JULY SCHEDULE CHANGES: No Bible Study, Vespers or Table Talk on July 19th
CHURCH COOKOUT: Sunday, July 23, at 5:30 p.m. at the church shelter. Please bring your own meat to grill and a dish or two to share.
CARLISLE FARMER'S MARKET started in June and will occur on Saturdays from 8:30-11:30am in the parking lot of Wyckoff Heating and Cooling on Hwy 5. If you are interested in connecting with the local community, spreading God's word, and inviting residents to join us in Divine Service, reach out to Pastor Johnson.
NEW GARBAGE CARTS: The Carlisle area has new garbage carts which are brown instead of green. The recycling carts are the same (green color with "Recycle and Roll on the side). Please fill in the carts in order from right to left so that we aren't taking out more carts than necessary on pickup days (BROWN/Garbage; GREEN/Recycle)
THANK YOU - to everyone who participated in any way to make the Funnel Cake Stand a success this year! Your time, talent and treasure were much appreciated. Thank you for helping Holy Cross serve our neighbors and making it a fun event once again.
CAMP: If anyone is planning to attend Camp lo-Dis-E-Ca or Camp Okoboji this summer, please contact the Board of Education. There may be assistance available for part of the expenses.
