January 30th Announcements

INSTALLATION TODAY:  board members will be installed today during the Divine Service.
COUNCIL MEETING:  Church Council meets the first Sunday next month, February 6, instead of the second Sunday.
VOTERS’ MEETING:  Mark your calendars for the upcoming Voters’ Meeting on Sunday, February 20, following Adult Bible Study.

CHILI COOK-OFF & YOUTH CONCERT:  Holy Cross Lutheran Youth invite you to attend a Chili Cook-off on Sunday, February 13th immediately following Sunday School. If you would like to enter a chili into the cook-off competition, please register via our website. In addition to a delicious meal, the youth will present a concert focused on music that celebrates the Sacraments. The concert follows the meal (1:30-2:30 pm). HOLY CROSS APP:  Don’t forget to download the Holy Cross App onto your phone.  You can find the app at the Apple or Android store.  Just search for Holy Cross Lutheran and Carlisle. Questions…contact Kathryn Feldt.
LUTHERAN WITNESS:  Annual subscription is $22.68.
THRIVENT CHOICE DOLLARS…expire soon. If you are a Thrivent member, any 2021 Thrivent Choice dollars must be directed by March 31, 2022, or they expire. If you direct to Holy Cross, they are used for youth camps and youth conferences.
GIVEAWAY TABLE:  The storage areas around the church were recently cleaned out. Anything on the table outside of the fellowship hall is free to a good home.
